Monday 4th May - Drive and Ride (Wales or Dartmoor)

Monday's forecast is pretty sound so we should have another great ride.

Same arrangements as before with a 9am priory meet time.

destination to be confirmed following a discussion on saturday, but it will either be a hop over the bridge into wales or a uply downly adventure on dartmoor.

Monday's forecast now looks dodgy, watch this space; if touch and go we could just meet at 9 for a local ride anyway as it won't be worth driving our cars into the clouds!

ok, so the met office can't decide what's happening.

we'll meet at priory for a standard local 60-80 miler (if dry.) usual arrangements (no transport) turn up on your bike.

does anybody wish to volunteer a destination/route? if so, first to bags it on this thread gets it. i'll enjoy watching someone else take the blame for a change.

only advice i'll give is to avoid main routes and northerly/easterly roads due to likely bank holiday traffic (e.g. M5, not a good choice.) also check the cafe's going to be open!!!

You might want to give Burrington and Sandford a wide berth too!
