....not sure I can do this one yet but have already signed up to the gran fondo on the 3rd May if anyone else is keen for that as well?

Can't manage this one Neil. Away on holiday. Could manage the Somerset Gran Fondo tho'. Earlier in May?

I understand if you want to ride as fast as possible. I am not as quick as you.

I've got a couple of mates coming over from Swansea, but you are more than welcome to join us mate. The more the merrier. We can show them Taffs how we do things WCG style (the 1hr stop for cake halfway around is up for democratic vote! )

I would very much like to commit to this event, but at the moment I'm happy to be still walking.

No cycling for another week methinks. Hopefully I should be 'back in the saddle' soon.

Chris, Martin, thanks. Just some tendon issues I've been suffering with over the past several weeks - extremely frustrating. Abstaining from cycling seems to be the only remedy to get shot of it. Can you imagine just how much that sucks?
