It's our favourite morris men related ride of the year again as we liven up Castle Cary's Macmillan coffee morning once more. Put on your dancing shoes....

It'll be great if we can match last year's great turn out of 20 odd riders again. We'll head out and back pretty directly which should keep mileage to about 75 and we'll be taking it nice and steady!!!?

Route out will be Puxton Sandford Churchill Burrington should you wish to latch.

No tri-option this week...... C'mon, it's fer charidee.

No sandwiches paninis bacon butties tea cakes burgers sausage rolls cheese rolls ham rolls full English Olympic breakfasts salads quiches pizzas or foccaica.

But there is a choice of tea or coffee. Which, given it's it's the macmillan coffee morning, is a nice ironic touch.
