Welcome to the Weston Chain Gang forum. We are a group of cyclists that ride regularly from Weston-super-Mare. We meet at Priory school on Saturday at 8:45. Rides vary in distance between 60 and 100 miles with a stop for cake. Ridet nec genere!

    It's getting a little moist out there as I write but Saturday's forecast isn't too awful.

    Let's head for Cannington, the walled garden will be closed but we can clog up Poppy's and take in their haute cuisine instead.

    Usual route out; toll road, sea front, anchor, Jeannie's bogs.

    We're up to 8 for the Christmas meal, so it looks like this year's do is one not to be missed.

    Please don't think I'm becoming a fair weather rider; it's just that the weather ain't fair and I don't want to ride.
