    What's exhausted Martin?

It's been a while since Jeremiah's legs have been on fire and we're really missing his big frame on the front today.

He tells us he's exhausted but has chosen not to say why. Well, you know how it is, if he won't tell us we need to tell him.

    All suggestions welcome.....
    Keep up lad!

He's joined a proper cycling club and is too knackered to come out with his mates! Either that or his DIY leg wax has gone wrong.

I'm very flattered that you all took the time out of your busy days to insult me :-)
Seriously many thanks for the concerns. I'm starting to feel alot better but no where near enough to keep up with a bunch of ripped athletes such as yourselves.
I got on the bike yesterday and did 5 miles! It felt great although i had forgotten that to turn the pedals requires a bit of effort.
Won't be out this saturday or next as have family duties but I shall hopefully see you all on Halloween!!!
Cant wait to get back and take up my usual position on the front and listen to your jokes :-)

Have you tried strapping bags of sugar to your feet to help with pedal downforce? I don't want any back chat about upward force
