I'm washing my hands of any responsibility this week as we'll be riding to one of martin's new request stops.

having looked on the map, i can see that we may very well end up with 99+ again; the final destination being an airfield that APPARENTLY has a great cafe, but we'll be the judges of that.

route is very similar to wellington and we'd better go pretty direct methinks. so it'll be out via the toll road, seafront, accommodation road; then brent knoll woolavington, strade bianche, burrowbridge.

tri-stop can be either willows/wetlands centre at stoke st gregory or north curry.

Might do a 100 mile sportive next week to rest my legs.

Good ride today, Kudos to Neil for doing plenty of work on the front and Peter for leading the sprint out and being molested by a 70 year old dinner lady. Special mention to handsome for suggesting a two stopper at North Curry, also special mention for Tony, Aidrian and Martin for their resilience on the climbs.

    Good work everyone.
This 100+ mile rides are becoming a bit of a habit!
I can see that the cafe at North Curry may become a regular stop for some of our more handsome riders!

much like the mystery (great call) north curry request stop; i've heard rumblings about lyme.

if the wind is right and the day is dry it'll be nice to give our legs a rest with a saunter down to the coast soon.

however, although it's too early for them to call, the bbc currently predict a north westerly; if so we could TUMBLE into wales (if you know what i mean!!!) Laughing
